Register for Gridiron Team Camp by June 9th!

We will be participating in the Steve Gervais Gridiron of Champions team camp at Evergreen State University from June 23rd to 26th.  You MUST REGISTER by June 9th to participate!  Download or print all the forms and information below.

Physicals for Fall Camp need to be dated after June 1^st. Current physicals for incoming Freshmen will be good for Spring Practices, but your physical is from prior to June 27^th, 2015 you will need a new one for Team Camp. Most Freshmen should use their current physical for Spring Practices and wait until after June 1^st to get a new physical.

Incoming Freshmen parents/guardians will need to arrange for transportation for their children immediately after school ends (3:01) at Cedar Heights or Mattson. They can go straight from the middle school to Evergreen State College and do not need to get out of school early on Friday the 23^rd to carpool from the Kentlake HS parking lot.

Please print and return all registration paperwork with payment by June 9th. Registrations will be accepted after practice on Thursday and Friday.

You may choose to pay online using the secure payment button below, but you will still need to print, sign, and return all paperwork with a copy of your online payment receipt. Please add a note on the payment indicating your player’s full name.
